Answering Service Forum

Welcome to the Answering Service Forum, a place for owners, employees, and clients of the telephone answering service industry can post questions and ideas.

The TAS industry has come along way and is still constantly changing. The perception of answering services has improved as has the quality of the service they provide. Many of the improvements can be traced back to the cooperation of vendors, providers, and clients. Organizations, publications, and forums play a big part in this sharing of information.

ASF will offer the benefit of a real time forum moderated by experts in the industry.  You may elect to receive our free monthly newsletter which will include featured questions and ideas from that month.

Our forum is funded by a group of answering service owners whose only interest is participating in the forum.  Currently we are not accepting advertising or donations.

Posts should be limited to questions and ideas relative to the TAS industry.  Any posts promoting a particular answering service will be deleted.
